The Knight Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Referral Program begins October 15th, 2025. Knight reserves the right to change or end the referral program at any time and for any reason.

 

REFERRAL PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the Knight referral program, you must be an existing customer of Knight Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.

There is no limit on the number of referrals a customer can send in.

Retroactive referrals are ineligible.

The friend you refer must do business for the first time with Knight within 1- 90 days after the date of the referral.

To be eligible to receive an e-gift card, follow the steps below. Referrals that do not follow the steps below are not eligible.

 

 

HOW TO REFER A FRIEND TO KNIGHT PLUMBING, HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

  1. Acquire permission from your friend to provide their contact information to Knight for a referral.
  2. Text REFER to 825-601-5778
  3. Read the instructions provided, and respond with the following: YOUR name, email address and your FRIEND’S name, phone number and service they need.
  4. If further information is needed, one of our team members will respond with additional questions.
PHONE CALL
  1. Acquire permission from your friend to provide their contact information to Knight for a referral.
  2. Call our referral hotline (587) 287-5689 to speak to a member of our team.
  3. Provide YOUR name and email address as well as your FRIEND’S name, phone number and the service they need.

  3. Read the instructions provided, and fill out the form with with the following: YOUR name, email address and your FRIEND’S name, phone number and service they need.

GIFT CARD VALUE CALCULATION

Gift cards values will be calculated based on the service provided to the friend you referred.

NOTE: Referrals must generate a minimum of $500 to qualify for a gift card.

 

 

DELIVERY OF GIFT CARDS

Once your friend does business with Knight Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, you will receive a gift card via the email address you provided. If you do not receive your gift card within 30 days of your friend doing business with Knight, please call (587) 287-5689.
