Did a large project of heat pump install, new furnace, hot water tank replacement and water softener install. They were incredibly responsive; Jason R came to provide an estimate right away and Bing and Sorento completed all the work only 3 days later. The crews were professional, hard-working, and took the time to get it right, including running back to the shop to get the ideal parts for the job when a lesser installer would have hacked it with what they had on hand. Easy to work with, great value-for money and would use again.

Had reason to employ Knight twice in last couple months and we were very happy with the service on both occasions. The first was in moving a duct for our hood fan (which required cutting an new hole in the exterior wall) during a kitchen renovation. On short notice, Knight personnel responded and in a tight timeframe delivered an excellent solution. On the second instance, shortly after, we had a leak in a pipe below our kitchen floor. Again, expertly resolved, On both occasions service was fast, friendly and very well done. Really appreciate the service.

Even though I had misspoke when requesting their help, they were able to complete the job. They were quick, cleaned up, and fixed some work from my home builders.

Also had work done by Steve G and Mike D, installing a new water softener and 3 toilets. Also great work!

Aaron E came back and fixed an electrical socket that I somehow screwed up the wiring for. He identified the issue and resolved the mess I had made.

First off, I initially hired a different plumber I found on HomeStars to fix a leaky shower. We agreed on a specific date and time... and then he didn't show up. Nor did he contact me, or respond to my text or phone call. Bizarre. I tried to leave a review about my experience on HomeStars, but they deleted it (not cool), but if you want to know which plumber I tried to hire so that you can avoid him, just search my Google reviews. Thankfully, I contacted Knight Plumbing and they sent Mike D who was on time, professional, and just seemed like an earnest, honest hard worker. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it soundly, and explained every item of the invoice at every step of the process--and not right at the very end, which often happens when you hire people to fix things in your home. I really dislike seeing "surprise" charges when it's time to square up the bill. Anyways, my experience with Knight Plumbing and Mike was superb and I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you!
